Remember, you have to be the one to control your spending habits in order to change your life.  Even if you start using the greatest personal budget software on the market, it may not work unless you have the willpower to not overspend.  Being able to track every little expense with the software will be a big help.  Additionally, knowing how much is reasonable to spend each month will help you make an educated decision before you buy that new camera or other “do-dad” that you think you absolutely “need.”
